What to send

You do not need a tech pack to start. The five points below are enough for us to quote.

  • Category and reference. A photo or a link is fine.
  • Quantity. Per style and per colour.
  • Size range. Straight, curve, or both.
  • Target price. Say whether it is FOB or DDP.
  • Delivery date. The date you actually need it, not the ideal.
Before you write

Three honest answers up front

If your quantity is below our minimum, we will say so in the first reply. We would rather lose the enquiry than take a deposit on an order we cannot run economically.

If your block needs rebuilding, we will tell you before quoting. A curve style cut from a scaled straight block will fit badly no matter how good the sewing is.

If the date is impossible, you will hear it the same day. Air freight shortens transit, not production.
