One building, from pattern to carton.
Dongguan City Chuhai Clothing Co., Ltd. has been making womenswear in Guangdong since 2014. Pattern making, sampling, cutting, sewing and finishing all happen under one roof — which is why a correction takes days instead of a shipping cycle.
Why we chose this size
We stayed small on purpose
A 2,000-person factory cannot afford to run 80 pieces of a curve dress. The setup cost per style is simply too high, so the order gets declined or quietly deprioritised.
We keep the plant at a size where 100 pieces is a real order and a 16W fitting is worth doing twice. That is a deliberate trade: we give up the very large runs and keep the ones where fit actually matters.
The result is a factory that behaves like a small atelier for sampling and like a production line for bulk — because both sit in the same building.

Guangzhou and Foshan fabric markets are close enough to source a substitute within 24 hours when a mill runs out mid-order.

Clients visit before placing a first order, and we encourage it. If a trip is not practical we will run a live video walkthrough of the line instead.

- Replies within one working day Sample status, fabric availability, production progress — answered the next working day, in English.
- No silent substitutions If a fabric or trim is unavailable we ask before changing it. We do not ship a substitute and explain afterwards.
